WHAT IS MADE BY ME?
Made by Me is a two-day workshop and scholarship program that gives first-generation college students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing – growing crucial skills and learning from industry experts.
During our workshop, marketing professionals from the Think Integrated team teach writing, design, video, social media and website building skills.
SO WHY DOES THINK INTEGRATED HOST MADE BY ME?
What began in 2021 as a part of Think-A-Thon, an annual event where we dedicate our team’s talent to a local nonprofit for 26.2 consecutive hours, has become an independent two-day workshop where our team teaches and guides students through branding, marketing and professional development activities. Following the workshop, students have the opportunity to make a self-promotional piece, highlighting how they can use their creative capabilities to change the world and submit it for the chance to win a scholarship.

If you’re the first person in your immediate family to go to college, are in the Greater Orlando area and are ready to discover the power of your own creativity, Made by Me is for you.
WHAT?
Join us and our marketing professionals for a free two-day workshop designed to enhance your creativity, and build skills in design, writing, video, web development and social media. Once we give you the foundation, you then have the opportunity to create a self-promotional piece that will qualify as your application to win financial aid for college.
You’ll leave this workshop with a wealth of new knowledge on professional development, a polished portfolio to showcase skills to future employers and a valuable network of connections.

Out of the 7.3 million undergraduates attending four-year public and private colleges and universities, nearly 20% are first-generation students. We want to support and build these students into first-generation leaders by granting them financial support and guiding them in their professional development.

SCHOLARSHIP
& WORKSHOP
After the workshop is over, students will be able to apply for our Made by Me scholarship. Applicants will have two weeks from the start date of the workshop to submit a promotional piece (we’ll go over this together at the workshop) to apply for the gift.
